On
Tuesday night, February 13, 2007, officers from the Cochran Police
Department responded to a truck fire on Wood Oak Circle at Bleckley
County Commissioner Mike Polsky’s residence. According to
Chief Thrower the Cochran-Bleckley Fire Department was able to
extinguish the fire, which caused severe damage to the interior of the
truck.
Chief
Thrower stated that after a close examination of the Commissioner’s
personal vehicle which is a 1998 Toyota Tacoma it was apparent that
someone had broke out the back window of the truck using the pipe

pour the accelerant into the vehicle were similar to the one pictured
below.

The
lighter pictured below was also found at the scene.
