	The City Clerk of the Cochran Municipal Court is Angele Simpson. She is responsible for processing all cases that are presided over by the Municipal Court. The Cochran Municipal Court oversees all misdemeanor traffic cases, violation of city ordinances and some misdemeanor violations. The Municipal Court is presided over by Judge Dennis Mullis. Municipal Court is held on the first and third Friday of each month, unless it falls on a holiday, at 1:00 PM in the Courtroom inside the Cochran Municipal Building. Payment can only be made with cash or a money order in the office and a debit or credit card online. No personnel checks will be accepted.


	Collections Office

	The City Marshall for the City of Cochran is Angele Simpson. She is responsible for the collection of delinquent city taxes, delinquent city utilities, bad checks, and old fines from Municipal Court. The Collections Office is inside the Municipal Courtroom in the Cochran Municipal Building. Office hours are from 8:00 AM until 5:00, Monday thru Friday.
