Darrell Miller  is the City of Cochran/Bleckley County Animal Control Officer.  He is employed by the City of Cochran and is a certified police officer with the Cochran Police Department.  He provides animal control for the City of Cochran and works through a contract with the Bleckley County Commissioners office to provide animal control for the county.
