Rebecca McGuire is the City of Cochran/Bleckley County Animal Control Officer.  She is employed by the City of Cochran and works with the Cochran Police Department.  She provides animal control for the City of Cochran and works through a contract with the Bleckley County Commissioners office to provide animal control for the county residents.
