Lora Kight oversees all phases of the Cochran Police Departments Records Archives, including filing, and preparations of all cases for court, maintains the Chief of Police’s calendar, orders all office supplies.  She is also responsible for the departments Warrants Section.  She maintains all active warrants, insures they are properly entered and removed from GCIC/NCIC and coordinates with other jurisdictions in an effort to locate and apprehend wanted persons..

The Administrative Services Section currently has Kyle Newman working as a volunteer.   He assists in the daily operations of this section. He has a variety of duties and participates in the departments ride along program with the on duty officers.
